Sleep Number

My husband and I had a wonderful experience purchasing our first Sleep Number bed! Jacob was wonderful to deal with. He answered all of our questions and chatted with us like he was one of our kids. He wasn’t pushy like most salespeople are. He guided us through the experience and asked the proper questions to fit us with the bed that suited us best! I would highly recommend Jacob and this store to anyone!

My experience was wonderful the young lady who helped us was very friendly, knowledgeable. And I like it when a salesperson is friendly and I can put a smile on their face are make them laugh, and she explained everything. Love my sleep number.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If buying a Sleep Number bed were an Olympic sport, Rachael would be taking home the gold 🥇. From the moment we walked in, she went above and beyond (and then somehow found another level above that). Rachael made sure we understood every single detail of the beds and sleep systems without ever making it feel overwhelming or salesy. She patiently let us try every mattress option, explained the differences in plain English, and somehow made the process both informative and fun. Her personality is down-to-earth, genuinely funny, and incredibly welcoming—you instantly feel like you’re in good hands. What impressed us even more was how she flawlessly juggled helping multiple customers at the same time, giving everyone personalized attention like they were the only ones in the store. And when we brought indecisiveness, second thoughts, and multiple changes to the table? She handled it all like an absolute champ—calm, kind, and never once rushed or frustrated. Rachael didn’t just sell us a bed—she created an experience. If you’re even thinking about a Sleep Number, do yourself a favor and ask for her. Your future well-rested self will thank you. 😴👏 The Jennings Family

I had a wonderful experience at this location. Rachel was working with another set of customers when we arrived and stopped what she was doing and greeted us, let us watch the steps she was taking with the other customers so we knew what to expect. She was very informative and knowledgeable about the products. The outstanding customer service we received along with being able to test out a variety of different mattresses was a definite selling point for me. I highly recommend checking this location out as they aren't pushy or too in your face making you FEEL like you have to purchase something and take as much time as you need to answer all your questions and concerns you have!

Rachel was amazing. She was fun, professional, and not in a hurry to show me the variety of beds to choose from. The information she shared was valuable in making my selection She was specific in what I needed to do when the bed arrives. I had a sleep number bed for 13 years before I passed it on to a friend. I am looking forward to learning all the new things regarding this new bed . Rachel was so easy to work with. I would def recommend her to any person looking for a sleep number bed.
