Sleep Number

Good service at the store. Tried several different options, discussed concerns with sales person. This is our second Sleep Number bed which to us is worth the money for a good night of sleep without tossing and turning. One negative comment, Sleep Number states in its texts 25 year bed life; our first bed was in need of replacing at less than 15 years. Still with varying shifts and long work hours we appreciate the comfort the bed gives us and the ability to raise head and feet with this particular model.

Just wanted to let the Big Boss know about the awesome customer experience we had at their Dublin location! Our salesman, Hani, was extremely knowledgeable about all of the appliances. He listened to our story, made a few suggestions about what might work for us and how we might save more money. He was very personable, yet remained professional. It was literally the BEST experience that I’ve ever had with any sales person. Thank you Hani! We’ll definitely be back to pick out our washer and dryer.

Sales people were knowledgeable and friendly. Help us through the decision process. This is our 3rd Sleep Number bed and we love them. Awaiting delivery and set up scheduled for July.

I had an amazing time with the staff at the store! They were extremely supportive and very knowledgeable. I have quite a few health concerns and they were all addressed with the upmost respect!

My sales associate was very professional, knowledgable and friendly. The purchasing process was quick and easy.
