Sleep Number

I went to the store on Sawmill in Dublin Ohio. I showed up at 7:30 and they closed at 8 (which I felt really bad about, but I only had some questions and wasn’t planning to buy). Desiree ended up helping me and was so awesome!! She completely took her time with me and showed me all of the options. She helped me pick a good sleep number for me and did my body scan. Before I knew it, it was after 8 and past closing time. She didn’t care at all! I ended up actually buying it today because I absolutely fell in love with the idea of possibly having no more neck and shoulder pain! I HIGHLY recommend Desiree on Sawmill. She was just so great and I never once felt like she was annoyed or bothered that she had to stay late. Thank you Desiree!! You’re the best!!

Desiree from the Sawmill Rd in Columbus location was amazing! She made us feel welcome and was very patient with us-we had to bring our three littles ones. She answered all of our questions, found our “number” and helped us select our mattress. The process was really fun and informative. We are very excited to see what Sleep Number can do for us! Thank you to the Sawmill Rd team, we highly recommend this store!

We bought an i8 I believe and had it for about 45 days. We tried but it was not the right bed for us. Called sleep number to return it, they gave us a date 2 weeks away. No problem, gave us time to find another mattress. The day prior to the pick up, they gave us a window from 3 to 6. At 4:30 pm the day of the pick up, I get a call that they had someone call off and can't pick it up. They said the next pick up date was 7/21, over three weeks away. Meanwhile, we have a king size mattress in our living room ready for pick up. Not acceptable! I told him that they needed to do better and they gave us a date of the 14th which is over 2 weeks away. Totally ridiculous!!! Talking to the staff on the phone, seams like they don't care. I will never try another sleep number because they don't seam to care about the customer. Meanwhile, I'm out over $3K waiting on my refund and had to buy a $50 bag to put the mattress in to protect it because if I damage it, they won't give us credit. This company does not care about the customer. Go elsewhere to buy your bed!

Todd’s service was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we walked into the store, his warm greeting and thoughtful approach made us feel comfortable. He took the time to truly listen and understand what we were looking for, and guided us through the entire process with care and professionalism. By the time we completed our purchase, we felt completely confident in our decision. We have absolutely no regrets about visiting—if anything, we only wish we had discovered this experience sooner. I would highly encourage every couple to consider adding this to their next date night. You won’t fully appreciate it until you experience it for yourself. Todd was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, professional, kind, and patient—truly the highlight of our visit. If you stop by the Sawmill location, I highly recommend asking to work with Todd. He was outstanding.
