Purple - Brea Mall

I went to the Purple at Brea mall on Nov.10th Monday and the customer service was amazing. I was looking for a pillow for my mom and the guy showed us of our options and compared the pillows for me. I never use their pillows before so I'm not sure if they are durable and great products like Tempur Pedic but the price of their pillows are not bad. They have all kinds of pillows such as the GelFlex Grid® pillows, Purple Harmony pillows, Purple Freedom pillows, Purple DreamLayer pillows, etc. Some pillows are memory foam, and some stays cool unlike memory foam. They can be shapable, adjustable firmness, and can customize height for all sleep positions. Now they have 10% discount for a pillow or buy 2 for 25% off. The store was clean and neat inside.

We decided to visit the store so we can try out different types of pillows and that was the best decision ever. We originally wanted to buy the Harmony but switched to the Dreamer after trying them. Christian was very nice and he was so patient with us since we had a lot of questions. With good promotion and good customer service, we ended up getting all 3 pillows.

We had an idea of what mattress we wanted heading in to Purple, but Kyle definitely solidified our choice. He differentiated the types of mattresses and helped us conclude that the one we were looking at really was perfect for our preferences. He also recommended setting up a wishlist as we weren't ready to buy in that moment and a few days later we were able to follow through on the purchase. The variety of purple mattresses, pillows, and accessories at this location was beyond what I assumed. They also offer financing, mattress removal with purchase, and customer support with purchase. I'm Looking forward to the store's white glove service.👍

BRANDON BRANDON BRANDON.. and his store manager. These people here at the Brea Mall location were just amazing. We were trying out all kinds of mattresses and kept coming back to Purple. We decided to just go to the store showroom and really see all the options not just whatever they had at the regular name brand mattress stores. Boy, were we glad we did! The manager and Brandon never hard-pressed us or hard sell. When our minds were made up they helped us get discounts and even a 10%discount for hospital workers… then to make it even better the manager knew I dreamed of having an adjustable base and she found a store in Costa Mesa that had a floor model for ONLY $600. No 10yr warranty but only $600!!!! I was beyond thrilled. PEOPLE YOU MUST COME HERE!
