Sleep Number

Marla McFadden is the best! She greeted me with a smile and explained everything to me! She was kind and personable with every step of trying the beds out. She listened to what I wanted and we found the perfect fit. She has a special way of making you feel good about your purchase! Thank you!

Wow! This is the fifth sleep number bed I’ve bought in twenty years! This was the best experience. If you get a chance to work with Karen Biggerstaff, take it. She knows the product line and services better than anyone I’ve met. She also sells you what you say you want/need with jo effort to upsell. Great store!

It was time to replace our 20 year old waterbed. So we went to Sleep Number in Cary, NC. In moving from the lowest model bed to the highest, we found comfort on each and decided to buy the 8, which allows you to raise the feet and the head. This is helpful for people with lower back pain or acid reflux. We ordered the bed in late November and the store worked with us on delivery date because we wanted time to paint and install new floors. It was delayed by 1 week for a snowstorm and was delivered the second time before the new snow arrived. We both slept eight hours without waking on the first night. The sleep number app is very easy and so is the remote control. All the staff from first encounters with sales person and the delivery people were all excellent, no high pressure and courteous attention at all times including outstanding communication via email and text. We really appreciated the immediate follow-up after the bed was to delivered to see how the experience was and how did we sleep. We would highly recommend the Sleep Number bed.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Karen today. I wasn’t really sure how the whole sleep number bed worked and Karen walked us through each step. We found the bed that worked best for us (and our sleep number 😆). Thank you again Karen for the amazing service and education you provided.

Karen and team were great. She walked us through every option on our first visit and really listened to what we were looking for in a new bed. Her follow up was a perfect amount of keeping us up to date but giving us space to shop around and make a decision. Our second visit to finalize our purchase went just as smoothly. Can’t wait to get our new bed.
