I had the pleasure of meeting Heather and Trenton today, and the experience genuinely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, Heather was my Sleep Expert in the truest sense of the word. She was warm, personable, and incredibly patient with me — and that’s saying something because I am picky. I probably tried more mattresses and pillows than I’d care to admit. I walked in fully owning my “Goldilocks” energy: not too soft, not too firm, just right. And somehow, she actually found it. I felt like I was talking to someone who genuinely understands sleep and wanted me to get it right. She asked thoughtful questions, even about health considerations, which most people don’t think to bring up. She paid attention to the details that actually affect comfort and long-term rest. That level of focus is rare. The process took some extra time because my credit was frozen, and instead of making that awkward or stressful, Heather stayed calm and advocated for me. At one point, when someone on the phone was speaking down to me as I was trying to navigate the issue, Heather respectfully spoke up for me. That mattered. She didn’t have to do that, but she did. It showed integrity and care beyond just making a sale. luckily, my credit profile became unfrozen. Everything went through and I couldn’t be happier. I haven’t purchased a bed in over 10 years, so this felt like a big decision. If any of you are looking for a new long-term commitment with a new bed, I strongly recommend this place without reservation. I believe that there are only two things you should spend the most $ on and those two things are the shoes you wear to get you through the day and the bed you sleep on to give you the rest and recovery you need to get through the next day. Trenton, the store manager, was equally impressive. Even as other customers came in toward closing time, he stayed late to help them without making anyone feel like a burden. He kept checking in on me, making sure I had what I needed. The two of them work seamlessly together, and the store feels well-run and supportive because of that. This experience was recommended to me by several of my clients, and now I understand why. I’m truly comfortable with my selection and grateful for the way I was treated. I will absolutely be recommending Heather, Trenton, and this location to others. Thank you both for such a wonderful experience!!

The General Manager Trenton was super kind and pleasant, and he knew exactly what I needed since I’m currently recovering from surgery. He dedicated all his time to helping me and made sure I felt completely comfortable — never once did I feel rushed or pressured, even though it was close to closing time. His service was truly outstanding. I also want to recognize Josh, who previously helped my husband and me when we went to choose a mattress, as my husband was preparing for back surgery. Josh was very professional and attentive, and he helped us find the best mattress for his recovery and comfort. Both of them provide amazing customer service, and it really shows how much they care about their customers. I will definitely highly recommend them — thank you for making our experience so positive!

She also put me in contact with her manager Meredith in case I needed to reach her when she was off. They were both very professional and took care of my issue. I was very happy with their customer service as well as happy with my new bed.
