Becky did a wonderful job helping us decide on a new bed. My wife and I were especially impressed by the way she answered our questions and understood our needs. She’s a tremendous asset to Sleep Number!

We had such a great experience at the Sleep Number store! Araceli, Aubrey, and Lisa were all so kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Aubrey especially stood out — she paid close attention to the little details as we tried different mattresses and made thoughtful suggestions that really made a difference. Her attention to our comfort and preferences was such a pleasant surprise! We felt genuinely cared for by the whole team. We’re super excited to receive our new mattress soon and can’t thank them enough for making the process so easy and enjoyable

We are extremely disappointed with our recent mattress purchase from the Bolingbrook location. The mattress delivered to us is completely different from the floor model we tested in the store. The showroom model was well-padded, supportive, and comfortable. The one we received is significantly firmer, lacks the same padding, and is so uncomfortable that we are unable to sleep on it. At no point during the sales process were we informed that floor models may contain additional padding or differ from the product delivered. After contacting customer service, we were told that floor models often have extra padding and that sales associates are supposed to disclose this. That disclosure never happened. We feel misled and believe the product was not accurately represented at the time of sale. To make matters worse, we are now being told we must wait 30 days before initiating a return, continue sleeping on a mattress that is extremely uncomfortable, and pay nearly $500 in pickup and delivery fees. It is unreasonable to expect customers to endure sleepless nights and pay substantial fees for a product that does not match what was presented in the showroom. We hope management takes this seriously and addresses these transparency issues so other customers do not have the same experience.

A pretty good experience but I am shocked by 1) the $250.00 delivery fee and 2) the $100.00 charge to haul away my current mattress. looking to purchase another mattress for my guest bedroom but am looking for free delivery in the future.

I had a amazing experience with Aubrey at Sleep Number, Aubrey was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Aubrey understood and listened to my sleeping concerns before recommending any products, and I NEVER felt pressured to buy from her. She gave my partner and I a detailed tour of the products, answered every question, and helped us narrow down our choices from three great options. Sleep Number main mission is "improve lives by individualizing sleep experiences". Aubrey you can tell she stands by their mission. I definitely recommend this store and Aubrey, You are an exemplary employee. Thank you so much.
