Sleep Number

Joshua was extremely helpful and informative. He answered all of our questions, had us try out several of the mattresses, and clearly explained the different features. There was no pressure to make a purchase, however, based on the experience of testing the options and gathering information, we did go ahead and buy our first Sleep Number bed. Overall it was a good and worthwhile trip to Sleep Number in Novi!

We purchased a mattress from David at the Novi Store and he could not have been more helpful! He made the experience seamless and ensured we purchased the right mattress that fit our needs. He was super patient with us, and genuinely cared that we made the right choice. We love our mattress and couldn't be happier! Thank you for everything David!

I had been shopping for a mattress for several days when a friend recommended trying Sleep Number. After trying probably 20 mattresses in several stores, I laid down on the Sleep Number and immediately knew I was in the right place! Josh at the Novi, MI store was great: very informative, answered all of my questions, and really made the decision making easy. Everything is spelled out. I highly recommend this store.
