Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

This was such an amazing experience. I had been to one other furniture shop yesterday and I had felt like I was bothering the employee by asking questions. Nick on the other hand at Bobs Discount Store was awesome. I showed him one picture of what I was looking for and he was on it. Immediately I knew it was the couch I wanted. From there he helped me pick out an accent chair and we worked together until we found the perfect one. After that we hunted down some stools and with his handy tape measure the day ended perfectly with two gorgeous stools. I’ll always recommend this store and will tell them to ask for Nick. In out and done in less than an hr! Can’t wait for my future to arrive!

I found everything I was looking for and even more. The store is very clean and well organized, and both the employees and the manager were very attentive. Ralph helped me find everything I needed—I even ended up buying extra items. He was very attentive and helpful, and he took his time assisting me.

First and foremost, Nicholas V. was absolutely amazing. He was patient and helpful in assisting me with my decision. If it weren't for him, I would have become frustrated and left. He made my experience worthwhile. Kudos to Nick. I purchased this set and 2 accent chair. Im praying i like it in my living room. I will give an update.

Had a great sales experience with John at Bob’s. After introducing himself and finding out our interest, he directed us where to look and checked in on us periodically. I appreciated the space given to look, see, and test out potential options. When we made our decision he was nearby and took care of us, explaining thoroughly all the details about the product. Protection plan and delivery. Looking forward to the delivery next week of the lift recliner we purchased!
