Truly the best buying experience we’ve ever had. Stan did an excellent job walking my husband and me through all of our options and made the entire process easy and stress-free. We never felt pressured, and he took the time to answer every question and we truly appreciated the good conversations. Justin and his team at the Sleep Number store in Waco did an awesome job! He helped us with our pump set up and made sure everything was good with our new bed. The bed is very comfortable. It is also great to be able to adjust the firmness when we have guests staying with us.

The associate was very thorough, professional and ensured I picked the best bed to match my wants. Even compensated me for having to wait an extra 30 minutes even though I wasn’t in a rush or complained.
