Mike (aka Superman) was absolutely awesome to deal with. His knowledge of the products was outstanding, even down to being able to quote couch dimensions off the top of his head! He did not make my wife or I feel pressured to purchase anything, but was there whenever we needed assistance! If you’re looking for furniture, go and see Mike!

Mo was great! Was looking to upgrade my son’s bed and ended up leaving with a whole new bedroom set. Super funny guy and definitely helped me find what I wanted!

Staff are friendly. This poor rating is due to the very poor quality of the furniture. We bought a new sectional couch. $2,600. 60 days into it, and the material is separting and fraying. Just my wife and I and we are not large people. Our last couch from Big Lots that we bought as a temporary until we got fully moved, was better quality than this couch. We went with this because we liked the style and color. Wish we would have gone to Costco. Here's a few photos. Several other areas where its fraying and separating. Now our fate is on the hands of a technician to determine if this is a defect or normal wear and tear. We had it delivered on 12/23/25 and it's 1/23/26 today. If they say this is from normal wear and tear, hmmmm. Either way it's junk. Again, my big lots $900 couch is better quality. Update 4/8/2026: It took nearly 3 months to get a replacment cushion to replace the defect and the color is wrong. The replacement is gray and coushing is tan. Maybe in sometime in 2026 or 2027 we will have the couch we purchased without defects.

We went to all the furniture stores looking for a pair of recliners. We picked rooms to go mainly because our salesman ! He made us feel right at home and we ultimately picked this store bead him!! Very nice experience! Thanks to Kenneth Hartog! We will definitely be back.

Worst experience ever! I came in to purchase a dining room set. The first 2 sales associates were great. There was one white lady named Rebecca. She was helping another customer, The sales associate was assisting me in showing me prices. I looked up for a brief second, and she snatched the sign right out from in front of me. I tried to resolve this with the store manager and he apologized and said, what can I do to help you? I told him right now, I need to walk away and leave.He never once asked me for my name or phone number or anything, so he can follow up later to help resolve my issue.I tried to reach out to the district manager Dave 5 times no one never contacted me. I've never been treated like this before. And it seems like that she's done this before, because they are allowing her to get away with it.They don't have to worry about me shopping with rooms to go ever again. This is the Murfreesboro Tennessee location, on memorial boulevard.
