I went in to get some extra pillow cases and they didn’t have them in stock so they went above and beyond to help me get what I wanted. I was super impressed. We came with questions and expected basic courtesy, but instead felt unwelcome and dismissed. Customer service matters, especially at public events. I hope management addresses this and provides better training going forward.
