I purchased a mattress around a year ago and the process went well. When the mattress was delivered I choose not to have them take my existing mattress. I called them the other day to find out ways to get rid of that mattress. Cory was extremely helpful. He looked into options for disposing of it even though it was over a year ago. He really went out of his way to help me out. I highly recommend them because this kind of customer service is rare these day.

If you don’t mind waiting for your new bed, only to be the customer that has to follow up with the business, receive the wrong base, bring in your receipt to prove your purchase, and stay on top of your purchase - this business is for you! Love my mattress but it was not worth the stress and trouble of getting it.

My wife and I came in to buy Mattress. The rep ignored me and briefly helped my wife. We were starting to try mattresses. Rep. Showed us a couple of samples on twin beds. A lady customer came in and the rep ghosted us and went to help the lady who just came in. Both the lady customer and the "salesman" were completely rude!!! We left- not a word from the "salesman"! A rude no class place!

Went in store on October 21st 2025 and placed an order for a beauty rest black mattress. Was advised someone would reach out in two weeks to set up delivery. This never happened. When we contacted the store multiple times we were lied to and told it would be delivered next week. When the mattress failed to show up we called again and was told it would be delivered the beginning of next week this also failed to happen. We called back A THIRD TIME and was told that they had sent emails to beauty rest black customer service in reference to our order. They also then advised us we needed to select a different mattress protector as the company wasn’t responding to them. Glad we got communication after over a month that we had to reach out for. We called beauty rest black who advised us they had NO ORDER for us in both their order system and delivery system under our name our phone number or our email. They also advised us Snooze never reached out to them in regards to our order and we were the ONLY communication they received in regards to us. Apparently this also happened to others per the reviews. We were very frustrated and upset so we canceled our entire order. We got to keep our pillows. We will not be doing business with this company in the future and I’d recommend you not either unless you want to be lied to and given the constant run around you’re getting a mattress that you financed for but in reality you aren’t!

Please skip the headache here. We ordered our mattress November 23rd, the service in the store must be a guise to get you to buy and put credit on the line. We had to call several times and walk in twice to even find out about our order, which each time they couldn't even find or know the name on our order. We recieved our first bill before even getting what we paid for. We finally had a delivery set for today which they were 2 hours past the time they were supposed to arrive and they didn't even deliver our full order, we are missing sheets and the mattress protector which we were told was mandatory in order to maintain the warranty, how am I supposed to sleep on my bed without going BACK TO THE STORE?! One set of "free" sheets that we haven't even recieved, doesn't pay for the time we've wasted. We chose this place because it is locally owned, regret it 100% and wish I would have read the bad reviews.
