I would like to give some feedback on the fantastic customer service I received from the Pueblo West, Snooze Mattress CO. I recently went into the store and explained to sales woman, Nicole that when I purchased my Temer-Pedic mattress and adjustable base frame, it hadn't come with the hardware to attach the frame to my headboard. She got back to me the next day and had a scheduled the hardware to be installed on my bed at no cost. Steven the store manager came out himself and did the installation. I am so impressed with this store and their kindness and fabulous customer service!!! They have a loyal customer here for life! M. Wilson Pueblo West, Colorado
