Steinhafels

Friendly, no-pressure staff. They'll either help or leave you alone to browse - it's up to you. I was looking for a new home office chair but this is the one area where selection is limited. Maybe a dozen or so. Everything else? I've never seen so many couches, chairs, mattresses, living room sets - you name it. Plus there's a pretty large close-out area with great deals. It's like your traditional furniture store but super-sized. Th furniture is also great quality. I didn't see a hint of melamine or DIY items anywhere!

Keith at Steinhafels did a great job by providing an easy-going, informative experience. He knew the furniture and was able to help us zero in on what we were looking for and explain the details. We actually came back the next day after experiencing a few other stores to complete our purchase. The actual buying process was surprisingly quick and prompt.

We had a warranty issue with our adjustable bed. Warranty gave us a store credit of $1698. We went to o store to get a replacement using the credit. We chose a replacement, scheduled delivery and purchased 2 lamps to use credit. Delivery on Nov 19, setup and take defective piece.

Im so excited for my new couch to be delivered. It's so comfortable! Thank you to Jamie Pfrommer for helping me through it all and letting me know about the pet insurance! She's so knowledgeable on all the different brands of sofas I was looking at and about financing and the insurance. She helped me choose just the right one!!

We purchased a mattress thru Keith Coggins. It actually was a enjoyable experience. He explained everything, answered all our questions too. Sometimes even more than once. What I liked was he took his time with us and never pressured us into anything. Would definitely recommend you look up Mr. Coggins for all your furniture needs.
