Great experience and good pricing! We heard the ads about an employee-free store - and it's true! The showroom was bright, clean and we were able to browse the many bed variations on display. When we narrowed it down - and had some questions - we called the phone number posted on the wall and the rep was able to answer our questions and point us to different beds at the location to try. While on the phone they are able to see you and say for instance, "A firmer version of that mattress is in the aisle behind you against the wall." We quickly figured out which mattress was right for us and completed the purchase over the phone (you can also purchase via a store kiosk). It was delivered and set up the next morning (we bought on a Sunday). There was no sales pressure or salesperson hovering over us during the entire experience - which was a nice change. We definitely recommend and will use them again for any bed purchase!

I purchased a mattress for my daughter several months back. It had developed some sag. The manager learned of these concerns. I received a call from the Manager, Steve, I have to say he went above and beyond in customer assistance. He was extremely available, attentive to my concerns, walked me through the whole process on how he personally would make things right. Steve explained the difference between a protection plan vs warranty. All warranty concerns go through the team at the store, protection plan is minor concerns via third party. Steve exchanged the mattress without question. I will gladly say he will continue to have my business in the future and I’ll be certain to share with anyone looking for a new mattress. Stellar customer service for the win, I appreciate everything you’ve done Steve!!!

This was our first time in the store and the process was wonderful! Very clean showroom, the product was installed in our home within 24 hours of being in the store and the customer service was excellent. We love our new bed and I've shared our experience with several friends.

Very good experience! Took our time without sales people hovering over you or injecting their sales pitch. Very easy to order and delivery was exceptional!! Guys were actually earlier than time given, fast, friendly and overall would shop this company again!!
