I recently stopped by the NYC showroom to check out the liquidation sale and was genuinely impressed by the level of customer service I received from Fonzie. I had my eye on an oversized wall clock but wasn’t sure if it worked since it runs on batteries. Fonzie went above and beyond—he tracked down a fresh battery, set the time, and let it run so we could confirm it was keeping time. And it did! I ended up purchasing the clock—plus a handful of other items. I truly appreciate the time and attention he put into this. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days, especially during a liquidation sale.

We had a great experience shopping at NYC store. The layout was easy to navigate, and I never felt pressured or rushed. What really stood out was the help we received from Fonzie. He listened to what we were looking for, presented different options without trying to upsell anything. He explained the difference between pieces, checked availability to make sure we were happy with the purchase. Fonzie was patient, honest and incredibly pleasant to work with- the whole process was simple and stress free. We even came back to purchase additional pieces. It’s rare to find service like this these days, and he truly made the visit a positive one.

Amazing customer service at W.25th St. Stickley store due 100% to manager Fonzie Diaz. Informative, insightful, patient, and helpful; never pushy or pitching auto-pilot sales-talk. Ended up buying more than I came for, but all more than well worth it, largely thanks to Fonzie, a real asset to educating customers about the Stickley brand high-quality materials and tradition.

I have visited the Stickley 25th St Showroom many times since the news of the store's eventual closing. ( Sad news indeed.) Between myself and my sister, we've made up to 12 purchases with the great help and patience from Fonzie. The customer service is terrible. We brought a kitchen set for lagre amount of money. It has been less then a year. One of the chairs is damaged. We called customer service a few time and each time was told they would call back and let us know if it's covered.we have yet to get a call back.
