Through educating on the products, along with how they relate to sleep and health, they welcome the guest to interpret if the Hastens research and philosophy resonates with what the guest is looking for, which is not always the case with other mattress stores. There is no pressure, and the team is patient, knowledgeable, and professional.

The showroom is beautiful and calming, and I felt no pressure to buy buy buy. Kristin spent lots of time with us explaining the hastens technology and making us feel comfortable and informed. She was pleasant and knowledgeable, I highly recommend asking for her if you're in the market for a top of the line mattress for life 🤟🏼

Had an encounter with Edwin (Eddy) here, such an expert on proper spinal alignment. I was impressed but did not buy.
