Alan was very helpful. I was buying a mattress for my 16 year old grandson. Alan took the time to explain the differences in size, quality & pricing. He was patient as my grandson laid on various mattresses. My grandson & I were happy with his choice. We were told that there is a 10 year warranty & to just let them know if there is any problem.
