Mr. J helped us tremendously with our purchase and made it very easy. They were very polite, upfront and did not hassle me at all. Furniture had great prices overall.

Michon was absolutely amazing! She helped me pick the perfect sectional for my new place and made the entire experience so enjoyable. She was incredibly sweet, thoughtful, and gave us all the time we needed with zero pressure, which I truly appreciated. She went out of her way to help find the best deals and was so kind and welcoming from start to finish. Michon is extremely knowledgeable, but what really stood out was that she was a genuinely sweet human — not a pushy saleswoman. I will definitely be going back to her for more furniture in the future. Highly recommend asking for Michon!

What started as a time-consuming and physically disappointing experience with the manufacturer of our $5000 mattress when it failed for the second time turned into an amazing overall experience at Jerome’s. Our second Smart Life mattress failed and after sleeping in what can only be described as a deflated bed canoe for months (think you know back pain? You don’t.), dealing with delayed responses and a third party mattress inspection (yes, it’s a thing), we finally received news that we had a credit at Jerome’s for the amount of our failed mattress. Obviously, walking into a furniture store means you will immediately be greeted by sales personnel, ready to earn their hefty commissions from your purchase. I was greeted by Bob and explained that our purchase was likely not commissionable, as we were shopping with a warranty credit. Bob didn’t flinch and said, “It’s my job to help you!” and help us he did. Bob went above and beyond to ensure we used it our credit wisely and even was able to apply current promotions to our order so instead of one really expensive possible faulty mattress, we left with a mattress, sectional sofa, entertainment center and a bonus massage chair (goodbye back pain) with free delivery and set up for all. I cannot say enough things about Bob and the team at Jerome’s- and hope that anyone reading this review with pick Bob to help them with their future furniture purchases so Bob can get the commissions he so richly deserves!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from “Wild Bill” at Jerome’s Murrieta I drove over an hour to the Jerome’s Furniture store in Murrieta looking for a nightstand that matched the one I already had at home. The day before, I had called the store and was told by the woman who answered the phone, it was not there. But something didn’t feel right, so I trusted my intuition and decided to drive out and check for myself. I made the drive. Soon after I walked in, I was greeted by a salesman whose business card literally says “Wild Bill.” I showed him the photo and the part number of the nightstand I was searching for. Bill looked at it for a moment and said, “I think I’ve seen that here.” Within seconds he came back smiling and said the words I was hoping to hear: “I found your nightstand.” The relief and excitement I felt in that moment was HUGE. . What impressed me even more was Bill’s leadership and teamwork. The store was closing and most of the staff had already left, but Bill rallied his coworkers and asked them to help load the furniture into my car. Everyone jumped in to help, which tells me he’s clearly respected by his team. That’s the kind of salesperson every company hopes to have — someone who truly cares about the customer experience and works well with the entire team. I came in hoping to find one nightstand, but thanks to Bill’s effort and service, I left with a matching pair. Jerome’s — if you’re reading this — Wild Bill is a gem. He made my entire experience memorable, and he represents your company incredibly well. Thank you, Bill!

Wild bill was very nice. Not pushy which we don't enjoy. Took a little while to check out because Bill had to call someone up front to open a file or something. Felt like we were at a sleezy used car sales lot where the sales people aren't given the proper trust and tools to execute the transaction quickly. They have to run everything through the finance guy. Weird and super inefficient. Otherwise great. We will be back for sure. Would be cool if you could eliminate the extra overhead and empower your floor team.
