Sales wasn't pushy. Quality product at a fair price. Jovan and Kevin were courteous delivery fellows. Love the bed! Unfortunately a family member is having the opposite experience. Nothing but problems and hoops after a defective "new" bed was delivered. More to come. Update back to 5 stars! They did the right thing and returned the defective mattress. Updated with the newer model at the right price. All good in my eyes. A few more hoops to jump through than normal, but oh well!
View on GoogleThe sales people we have encountered at the store have been friendly and helpful. The return policy is a joke. In October we bought a mattress after delivery and taxes was $2272.62 - the bed is awful my back is sore every morning. The mattress is the Orthopedic Super Pillow Top. So went back in the mention about the trial period, all over the website - they claim they have your back. Well my back hurts and the only back they have is wanting access to my wallet again. The only thing I can do is turn the mattress in for a 25% restocking fee AND the difference of the price for the new one chosen, which by the way after that the policy goes 100% out the window - so the one I choose I will be stuck with. Went with the Serenity Mattress and that cost me an additional $1820.43 after more tax and more delivery and the restock fee and the price difference - so now I have PAID $4093.05 for a $2649.00 mattress. The math is not mathing in my head, and what if the mattress is also not good? I'm stuck. I just did the switch yesterday, haven't gotten delivery yet so may still back out and take business elsewhere?
View on GoogleGreat salesperson. I like stopping by and the ability to try the mattress based on personal preference. No pressure to go high end. Just work within your budget. Delivered in less than a week with low cost removal of existing mattress and box spring. Items are cleaned and donated to Bridging, torn apart as recycled to eliminate using our land fills. This is our second purchase in five years years. The first is still working great!
View on GoogleANOTHER UPDATE : I've tried their solutions. They also told me I could use the warranty and get another mattress, paying the difference in price and a penalty. I just can't see it. Nothing really makes it comfortable, and the smell is still there. I'm so disgusted with this mattress, and the loss of money. Less than a year and the only solution I can see is to buy another brand new mattress somewhere else. The product literally stinks. UPDATE: I've been working with Lonnie, their local customer service representative. They have been working with me to improve the mattress or replace it. I've updated from 1 to 4 stars. They have provided steps in fixing the issues. I'm going through the steps with them to see if it can be fixed with more padding. PREVIOUS REVIEW: The sales person was nice, the product is AWFUL. I spent $1,600 on something I spent hours testing in the store before deciding to buy it. The mattress I got is a brick that is off gassing like crazy and shows no signs of stopping months later. You have all been warned! Avoid their mattresses, especially the "pillow" topped ones.
View on GoogleThis is the second time I've gone back to buy a mattress here. I've looked at EVERYTHING. Some places are over 2 months out to deliver right now. Other places are a whole lot more money. I love the mattress we bought a couple years ago. Every night I love to crawl into my comfy cozy bed! So I went back for more. I don't think you get more for your money anywhere else. The staff are knowledgeable but low key, service us goid. And you don't have to haggle or feel like you are being pressured at all. I love this place.
