Update 11/23/2025: My family and I came back to the store to of course see the superstar herself Ms. Susan. We made our mattress purchase today!! She still was so pleasant and sweet explained everything from start to finish. Our buying experience with her was absolutely top tier. Even after 4 months from meeting her originally she still delivered that top tier customer service and gave us that welcoming smile. As I stated in my original posted my family and I are very pleased with this location and the wonderful manager Susan. We really enjoyed our initial visit with looking at mattresses to coming back 4 months later to finally make a purchase. If you are in need of a mattress and would like to even get educated on the different types of mattresses then you need to come to the Ballantyne location and ask for the superstar herself Susan. You won't be disappointed. We love Ms. Susan and I guarantee you will too. 😊 My husband, daughter, and I went to Original Mattress store for the first time and I'm so glad we chose the Ballantyne location. Upon walking in, we were greeted by an amazing store manager Susan. We told her that we were starting in the market of looking for a new Mattress but was trying to figure out which one met our needs as far as comfort wise. Not only did she recommend what she felt would work best for us from what we told her but she even educated us on the different types of mattresses. We had never been educated on mattresses before so that alone was a huge plus for us. We were able to sit on a variety of different mattresses to see which one fit our needs. She was so pleasant and kind and she really cared about our needs and making sure we found what we were looking for. She didn't pressure us into buying anything which we loved because my husband and I like to think things over and talk before we make any decisions especially when it's big purchases. She gave us our quote and went over the brochure with us and everything else that came in the packet she provided to us. All in all our first time experiencing a Original Mattress Factory store was amazing. We really truly enjoyed our time talking with Susan and getting educated on mattresses. This isn't just a job for her but she genuinely cares about her customers and listens to their needs. For anybody in the market looking for a mattresses please check this location out and ask for Susan. You will NOT be disappointed. She is also good with kids because our 5 year old fell in love with Susan and she kept her entertained and educated as well lol. We love Ms. Susan and you will to. The absolute best customer service I have ever experienced by far.

We bought three mattresses from here, and they are perfect—very comfortable and make for a great night’s sleep. Definitely worth the money. Susan was passionate and kind, providing excellent service throughout. I really like this brand; they are professional in what they do, both in their products and their service. This is exactly what customers want!

Sam made this experience a breeze. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and polite. We came into the store unsure of which direction we wanted to go and left with our King Set being set for delivery the following weekend.
