Super knowledgeable and professional. We had a king size original mattress for the last 14 years we loved it and it lasted great. For a new mattress we tried a competitor and instantly regretted it. I called Rich and he said they could have the same model we loved for 14 years at our house this week. There are some companies that sell a product and there are others that take their service and product very personally. Rich was great, zero pressure but extremely knowledgeable and you can instantly tell he cares deeply about his customers and the quality of the mattresses they make. *Follow up review: The delivery guys were great and on time. Mattress was exactly what we ordered and we are sleeping better than ever, whatever position I fall asleep in is how I wake up in the morning. I don't know how you get better sleep than that. We are very very happy.

I remember 20 years ago the founder of the company on TV advertising that they offer comparable mattresses to the national brands for hundreds of dollars less. It's true. But the one really great thing about doing business with them is their comfort guarantee. If any time in 12 months you are not happy with the firmness or comfort of your mattress, you can trade it in and get a brand new one more to your liking for a nominal fee. Go talk to Rich at the East Washington store, they're good people that sell a good product. You'll be glad you went there.
View on GoogleThe mattresses are made in Cleveland. The salesman was helpful without being aggressive. He let us ask questions and talk things out with each other. This mattress is for our son, but we have had our mattress for a decade and feel that it's a good quality product.
View on GoogleWe wanted a double sided mattress and the store in Bainbridge was the only place I could find one. There were three mattresses that met our requirements (with good support and pillow tops on both sides) and after trying each of them, we made our choice. They were delivered on time with a call the night before and again when they were on their way. They bagged and removed the old set and gave me time to vacuum under it before putting the new set in. From start to finish we were extremely happy! The mattress is perfect! We will be recommending this business to all our friends!
