We had an excellent experience with the store manager, Jodi Floyd, at the Lexington & 86th Street location. She was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, funny, kind, and supportive throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us navigate the Memorial Day weekend deals to find the best options for us. Definitely made a daunting experience a wonderful one. That said, my girlfriend and I had such a great shopping experience and ended up purchasing a mattress, two pillows, a mattress protector, a 10-year warranty, and delivery. With the holiday deals, we got such an amazing deal! Like I said, Buying a mattress can feel overwhelming, but Jodi made the entire experience enjoyable, stress-free, and even fun. Jodi the sales rep welcomed me soon as I stepped foot into the store I told her what I was shopping for and my budget she walked me straight to the section for my needs I tried quite a few mattresses as she went above and beyond explaining each mattress to my need and asking me questions I’ve never thought to include when shopping for mattresses in my past. I finally found the one most suited for my sleep and relaxation. Not only did I receive a high quality mattress discounted with an extra savings I also received a free adjustable frame and delivery. I must say the service here was excellent! Our salesperson, Yahj, walked us through the store and provided all the information we needed to choose the best bed, delivery service, and accessories for our needs. I dislike feeling pressured to make a purchase, but that was not the case here; he took his time and offered valuable insights that helped us make our decision without feeling rushed, which was amazing. We haven't received the bed yet, but I hope the delivery and setup process is as smooth as our experience in the store. Nice touch we got water while shopping no champagne!! Jodi was my sales associate & she was fabulous! Speaking for myself, buying a mattress can make a person crazy. She Understood what I was describing and totally knew what to recommend I try, and it wasn’t necessarily the most expensive mattress. I ended up buying a Sealy mattress, very comfortable and delivery will be in about three days. I’m happy the process is over, & looking forward to getting my new mattress. I also have a few months to decide if the mattress is right for me😊 Thank you Jodi

Lots of choices, great prices, excellent customer service - a human answers the phone, texts back, accommodates schedules. Monica was excellent - so helpful and on top of things. Highly recommend!
