The beds are incredibly comfortable, but the undisclosed upkeep is exhausting. To prevent major sagging, you have to manually massage the mattress/topper every single week. The sales folks claim maintenance is included, but sending someone to walk on the bed once every six months is practically useless. For a luxury investment, the amount of manual labor required from the owner is ridiculous.

And the mattress we purchased leaves nothing to be desired--truly a cloud nine experience!

It changes your life. Expensive yes. But every evening your body is in total comfort. I was never a great sleeper until I discovered Hästens. Hard to even put a value on this Swedish masterpiece. Mikael at Madison Ave location got us all taken care of to perfection. What would I bring to a desert island? Just the Hästens.

View on GoogleI am extremely pleased with the outcome of my purchase of a Hastens mattress. I worked with Mikael Johansson and his team at the Madison Avenue facility. What struck me was his empathy and caring approach. It is always easy when an order has no snags. What is revealing to me is when there is a challenge which needs a remedy, how proactive and creative he was in finding a terrific solution. Great leadership starts with a good listener. Mikael takes his business so seriously. I appreciated his approach.
