American Mattress Mega Clearance Center

We were very pleased with the great service we received from Nick. Nick was very personable, confident, knowledgeable, understanding, patient, professional, and very customer service oriented. From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable with him. He provided us with the most suitable options and he was not a pushy salesman. He wanted us to be happy and confident with the mattress we chose. We highly recommend Nick because he truly cares and he provides great customer service. Well done Nick!

I remember when this was a Coconuts Music/Movies store. In my tween years, I purchased a film here called "Where the Boys Aren't". The clerk obviously didn't care that I was underage. When I was done with the VHS, I ended up giving it to a friend. I wonder if he enjoyed it as much as I did.

Terrible customer service. We were ready to spend money and the salesman walked away to take a "states attorney" call. He never came back and neither did his apprentice salesman. We drove an hour for THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Your loss. I will find a mattress from someone who is interested in the customer standing in front of them! Apparently you all really dont want commission!

I was having problems receiving my mattress purchase and the manager that first sold me my mattress wasn’t being helpful. He was soon replaced with the sweetest most helpful manager Miguel. I was so thankful for working with Miguel. He was incredibly attentive to my needs and the only one that actually helped me out. This review is not for American mattress as a company, rather it’s for Miguel for his quick and eagerness to help others and overall his genuine, relatable personality. If you choose to go to any American mattress store within the hanover park/Hoffman estates area ask for Miguel.

If your shopping for a bed, look no further. Aaron was super helpful. His knowledge on matress is amazing. Also I don't believe you'll find a better price anywhere. We shopped a lot before we bought and American Matress had the best price by far..his delivery guys were super nice and right on time. They set everything up and showed us how to use our adjustible frame..really great people...from beginning to end, it was a great experience..I highly recommend them.
