American Mattress Warehouse Outlet

I am writing to warn brokers and truckers about American mattress. I am also a broker and we completed loads for them, and despite our repeated attempts to contact them, we have not received payment. We have been trying to reach them for 70 days via email and phone calls, but our calls consistently go to voicemail, and our emails remain unanswered. Ryan Andrews, their logistics manager, he booked all loads with us and promised to pay upon 30 days has also been unresponsive. No one from there accounts ever responsed and looks like they don't even have anyone with that name . We advise extreme caution when dealing with this company. I Started working with them in a good faith and got scammed .

After six months of inventory shortages, missed delivery dates, a totally defective American Mattress Anniversary special mattress, I finally got the mattress I wanted and now like. Waiting from Early February to late July and double the cost of the original order (which couldn't be delivered by the date promised). Sales staff were friendly but availability and delivery times were terribly extremely poor. I will look elsewhere in the future.

This company has no stock!! They will lie about your product not being in and blame the manufacture. When in reality, American Mattress is filing bankruptcy due to them being in financial trouble. Stay away and buy your mattress somewhere else. You will thank me later. 8 months I’ve been waiting!!!

Ordered a mattress from them a guy called Brad called once left a voicemail saying he was calling to schedule a delivery time I work nights and I leave my phone on silent so if anyone calls before 3 pm I’m not going to get it. I’ve tried calling back multiple times even called their main number and had to leave a message with their secretary still no answer every time I call, piss poor customer service

Came on Friday 3PM place was closed. Came again Monday 10am(called first to make sure they were open) warehouse answered the phone and said yes, well, I'm here, lights on but doors are locked. Called the number again just to male sure I heard correctly and clearly the man was annoyed "Ma'am this is the second time you've called".. Well heck, it's 10:10am and the doors are still locked!!! Was hoping to give them my business again, guess not. Who ever answers yours phone should work on their voice and customer service skills.
