Worst Place i checked out so far do not come here if you are not buying the SAME day. This one worker named JIMMY was nice at first showing us the beds, but as soon as me & my wife told him we are just looking & comparing prices. His attitude change and told us “ why didn’t we say that in the beginning that we are wasting his time” never again would we come wish i can give 0 STARS.

Unfortunately, I wish I could leave zero stars. I ordered a mattress from this location three weeks before my move, and they mentioned that they would be able to deliver it to me on my move-in date. I was really excited. I did not receive the call providing me with the time window for when I would receive the delivery, so I had to reach out to them. This is when I found out I would not be receiving my mattress. They said it would come on the Friday of the same week. It. Did. Not. To keep it short, I received the runaround for weeks and ultimately cancelled the order because it had been six weeks since I had ordered the mattress, and it had not been delivered. I ordered from their competitor on a Monday, and it came on Thursday. Sucky experience. The staff was friendly, but extremely unhelpful in the situation.

It was amazing mattress shopping I've ever got. I was considering between tempurpedic and nectar, but Kevin help me a lot! Thanks to him, I purchased amazing tempurpedic mattress and fram. He was really professional and he gave me good explanation in super easy way. It was first time spending almost $5000 for mattress shopping, but it was really worth it. Literally, I stayed almost 1 hours half minutes at the store, he answer bunch of all my questions. I didn't even think about it a little more and I just made the payment right away!! Highly recommend this store and with Kevin!

As an American Matress loyalist, I write this 1 star review with the intent that the company looks into their card reading machines. I bought a matress from American Mattress on June 17, 2025. I used a card that had only been used once before for a TSA precheck renewal. On June 22nd, my card information was hacked multiple times (15 to be exact). I came in on June 28th to talk privately with the manager Jimmy. After discussing for 20 min, Jimmy was very adament that it was not their fauly and I had no proof otherwise. I ended up cancelling my $2k purchase and will search elsewhere to spend my money. This situation sucks because I know both the owners and other store workers who still vow this is a great company (I worked here 10 years ago, thus my loyalty). I just wish that there would have been some sort of accounability/responsibility taken from either Jimmy or the GM that I talked to that would have prevented this negative review. Please look into your credit scanning technology/security to prevent other customers from having this issue.

Had a great experience here.The mattress we choose was on back order, and they offered a replacement (nicer mattress) for the same price. Had it delivered the next day. All salesman were wonderful and professional.
