American Mattress

Google says open, open sign is lit up and nobody is at the store. We walked around the entire building with our 3 children in the cold for all the doors to be locked. We definitely won't be returning.

We were wanting to move our toddler from a crib into a bed and didn't find anything at Walmart, we went down the road and found American Mattress where Kevin got us all set up with a new bed for our son. We were done in half an hour with great service.

Lots of options. Kevin in sales didn’t hover but was gathering information on what we liked or maybe what we might be interested in. Really helpful after trying out one mattress an him knowing would not be interested in the next one due to being really firm. We really tried most of them because it is a huge purchase for anyone’s comfort. He was very knowledgeable on each brand, pricing. Purchased Beautyrest Black Hybrid. Just delivered by crew. They were quick but not careless. Crew were very efficient and extremely nice. Letting us sweep inside frame before the bed springs were set down. They came in prearranged time frame. Very happy with whole experience and pricing! Again big shout out to Kevin calling with a cancellation and being able to get our set delivered earlier than what we had arranged. Also everyone was very good in communicating with calls, even returning calls if missed immediately. Five star review totally in line with all the service we received.

We went in to the store and ordered a new mattress and box spring rhe salesman was very helpful that was 3 weeks ago. I called on 6/5/25 because that's when we were told it would be delivered and still have not heard anything from them talked to Kevin who all it seamed that he wanted was for me to go away. Ask district manger and Kevin seamed reluctant to let me talk to him . Now sure if they are hiding something from us or not. We see if the dm reaches out to us

Went in here in 2016 and was pleased with my new bed. Decided to try again and I’m glad I did! Kevin is an excellent, knowledgeable salesman! He has a great sense of humor and is extremely kind! I am happy with my purchase! And it’s inexpensive!
