Update: American Mattress ended up honoring their warranty. The manager Brandon helped us pick out a new mattress today. He's very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me find a replacement mattress. Thank you Brandon

Pure excellence and satisfaction! Brandon was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Never felt forced or pushed. I described my financial and comfort goals and he led the way. I priced 4 other stores, American Mattress beat them all. Paid for on a Tuesday, professional delivery, set up, and removal of my old mattress on Thursday. And the 120 night "if not satisfied after sleeping on it for 4 months" comfort guarantee is an unbeatable perk, as is the 10 year guarantee. THANK YOU ALL AND HIGHLY Recommend American Mattress in Michigan City!

James was our sales professional. He greeted us kindly and was so personable! He knows beds and was extremely helpful! All beds are not the same. It was refreshing having a knowledgeable person explain all of the benefits of the brands. I will do business again!!

Had a wonderful experience with James. Helped my mother with her purchase and was a total professional. Great prices with great service. Check them out if you need a new mattress and tell James the Polish guy sent you. Thanks James!!

When I talked to Ron on the phone and told him what I needed. He knew what I needed and gave me a quote, which was very reasonable. It was delivered 2 days later. The delivery men were very efficient and replaced the box spring with a bunkie board. I am 82 and can now sit on the edge of my bed and my feet touch the floor.
