Ordered a full size mattress and full size adjustable base for delivery in December 2025. We came the day before to pick up our pillow and mattress cover, confirmed delivery for the next day and less than 24 hours later......a nightmare that has been going on for THREE months. They lost our adjustable base in a warehouse move, only delivered a mattress and I have been given multiple delivery dates that never happen. We are now going into month FOUR with no adjustable base, no delivery date, no credit adjustment or refund and no one returns my calls. They are all dodging me apparently and it's no fault of my own.
View on GoogleUnfortunately, I drove all the way to Merrillville, IN to a store that has a sign illuminating "open" BUT it is "temporarily closed". Only to find out that "Chapter 7 (liquidation) was filed in March 2026" for all stores. Very unfortunate to say the least.

View on GoogleJason is one of the most knowledgeable, honest , kindest salespeople that we have ever worked with. He answered every question with pure confidence and integrity. He was not “pushy” & gave us the opportunity to ask as many questions as we had! He is AWESOME! Highly recommend him! Same day purchase without any hesitation! He deserves 5+ stars! Thank you Jason!
