Sleep Number

Our sales rep, Kym, was Awesome! 😎👍 She was very personable, knowledgeable & in no way pushy to make a sale! She listened to our wants, had us lay on the bed we were & are interested in purchasing, gave us products information regarding pillows, sheets & protective mattress cover....needless to say, we made our purchase!! We highly recommend Kym to help future customers! Vic & Jeanne Peterson

This was my first time in a Sleep Number store and the experience was amazing. The atmosphere was pleasant, no one was being pushy to sell a bed. Working with Kimberly was great, she was very knowledgeable in helping to determine my sleep number and explaining all the features in terms I was able to understand. I was able to try three different beds to determine the one that works best for me.

Joyce helped us experience the pleasure of the Sleep Number bed and helped us to find the best bed choice for us. I was so comfortable in their bed I almost hoped we’d get locked in the store overnight so we could immediately sleep in that bed. Joyce was so patient she ensured each of the two of us found our sleep number and were as comfortable as possible. She’s very knowledgeable about the best product for our needs.and sure knows a lot about body positioning and spinal alignment! This is our second sleep number purchase. We wouldn’t buy any other brand of bed. Also love the cooling function of the Sleep Number bed has now!! Joyce also helped us through financing our product. Great bed and great sales consultant.

Had an amazing experience today. We went in to test different options and compare between Sleep Number or Dreamcloud. Our sales person, Joyce, was truly a pleasure to work with. She was no pressure, but extremely patient and extremely informative. Gave us many different options to find us exactly what was best for us giving us the feel that our comfort was more important than her trying to upsell us. While I did not intend to buy a bed right away, Joyce's efforts helped clear up a lot of my doubts or concerns and her professionalism and compassion made me feel like she absolutely deserved my business and I cannot say enough great things about our experience with her. These days, not everybody understands that people want to do business with people they trust and people who are hospitable to them, but Joyce more than understood this. She truly earned our loyalty today.

Kym worked with us to select two twin size sleep number mattress and base for our elderly parents. She was patient, thorough and explained all the features in detail. Really happy with the service we received. Thank you Kym.
