Very good experience with purchasing a mattress. You get to try them out with no pressure to buy. If you do choose to purchase, there is a kiosk in the store to use. Mattress was delivered the very next day and they will move or take your old one. Definitely lives up to the name!

I can't believe how easy this purchase was. We went yesterday, and the mattress was just delivered and old one gone. There was no one in the store. Everything is marked clearly and easy to choose what one you want. Lots of choices. Called their 800 number and three rings got a very helpful person. The transaction took no more than 10 minutes. The delivery was on time, very friendly and again no more than 10 minutes. It's definitely the way to buy a mattress

There are so many things that this business does right. Their customer service staff on the phone are excellent (and there's no automated system that you have to dig down through first), they carry great mattress brands, their showroom is functional with a really helpful video, their delivery people are friendly and knowledgeable, their prices are wonderful with great sales, their website for ordering is very user friendly, and the mattress we chose is soooo comfortable. One little criticism: It would have been nice to know in advance which mattresses they have on display at each store. We drove to our nearest store only to find that they did not have the one mattress we were interested in seeing in person. Also, in the store it would be helpful to have a prominently displayed sign showing where the computerized kiosk is. We honestly couldn't find it at first. Other than that, we loved the whole experience of purchasing our mattress from them. Great job!

This was truly a great shopping experience. From the time we walked into the showroom until the mattress was delivered the next day,everything went flawlessly. We took our time and picked out the mattress that we wanted, ordered it, and it was delivered the next day. The evening before delivery we received an email with a projected time to expect delivery. There was tracking on there that showed what stop that we were , and what and what stop they were at, with an ETA of our delivery. The team called us that they were 15 minutes away and would arrive shortly. They delivered our new set, and remove the old. This was truly a HASSEL LESS purchase. Everything was great, selection, ordering, communication, and courteous and polite delivery team thank you.

Showroom experience and purchasing was 5 star, however delivery service was only 3 star. Great that it was free but it was supposed to be same day and then it wasn't i was compensated 2 free pillows which was nice. Delivery drivers were very sloppy. Almost damaged the mattress trying to get it in. The hassleless mattress company itself is great.
