I came in one day and was greeted by Carlos who showed me several pieces for me, he was very pleasant and didn’t pressure me. I wanted to check a couple others but 3 days later decided on the couch that would work for me, but Carlos was not there so Andres helped me and it was very quick and pleasant experience!! I would recommend Bobs

Kim was an excellent sales rep and helped us with all questions and concerns. Fabián and Juan were in and out in a flash including installation too. Cannot recommend all three enough.

My sales woman was Ren. She was very helpful and patience. They had a lot of good things especially my new massage chair I will be getting soon. We end up getting a dinning table and chairs. My order comes Friday. I can't wait

Salesperson was super nice and very knowledgeable. He showed us everything that met our criteria and didn't rush us. The price was ok - not high, now low. I bought a sofa and love seat. The sofa is coming in a couple days but the loveseat is on back order with an anticipated arrival of 3-4 months, which seems excessive. Delivery fee is ridiculous at $300. Overall average experience.

I purchased a sofa/loveseat for my basement and dining table/chair set. Ren, was an amazing salesperson at the Burbank location. She listened to my needs for my home and made suggestions. Very knowledgeable and great customer service.
