Casper - Menlo Park Mall

I had such a fantastic experience working with Giselle over the past few months. We were shopping around for a mattress and bed frame and Casper was one of the brands on the list. While every other store also explained each mattress and let us test them out, Giselle at Casper was the only one to give us a few minutes of privacy to really feel the mattress out without feeling stared at uncomfortably for a few minutes xD Giselle also was able to lock in the black friday deal sale price for us even though we didn't know when we would move into our new home. She assured us that we could set a predicted date for Dec 31st and then push back if needed - which is exactly what happened. Giselle followed up with us if Dec 31st would work, we had to change it to Jan 31st - and there were ZERO issues. It was absolutely seamless. Giselle was extremely communicative and a joy to work with. We also paid for the white glove delivery which gave no issues at all. I highly recommend purchasing your casper mattress at this store and with this team! Thank you, Giselle!

Giselle was superb in assisting us after ordering online. We got the new model that we didn’t know about plus the pillow and sheet bundle which are amazing. Mattress was delivered and ready to have a great night of sleep finally. Thank you so much.

We had a great experience at Casper thanks to Giselle. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain the key differences between each mattress and base. We really appreciated her honesty—especially when helping us decide between a split king and a standard king based on our actual needs. She also walked us through exactly what to expect with the delivery process, which made everything feel seamless. She never rushed us and encouraged us to try out every option so we felt completely confident in our final decision. Highly recommend working with her if you’re shopping for a new bed!

Giselle was absolutely outstanding. She helped me choose the perfect mattress for my daughter’s new bed and went above and beyond by holding it for me for a couple of weeks until I could make it to the Menlo Park location. On pickup day, she even talked me through the mall parking over the phone, brought the mattress out herself on a hand truck, and insisted on loading it into my pickup. Giselle is a true asset—I see a very bright future for her. Thank you, Giselle!

We had a fantastic experience working with Giselle at Casper. She helped us choose two mattresses and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Giselle was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to our needs. She took the time to explain the differences between options and made sure we felt confident in our decision. Thanks Giselle!
