The One Star is for the customer service, not the bed. Bought my bed two weeks ago. The bed is good, still getting used to finding my number and sleep position. But very disappointed in customer service at the Nashua, NH store. I was mislead about the financing plan, actually straight out lied to. And got roped into something that wasn't what they said it would be. And the only thing close to an apology I got was "oops, my bad" from them. After going round and round with the store location, corporate office and financing bank, it's very clear SleepNumber has no interest in helping to straighten this out. And the customer service ends the second they close the sale. Very disappointing. EDITED TO ADD: I have spoken to customer service line twice. Once before posting my review, and once after posting. They continue to have no interest helping to right a wrong. And confirm there is nothing they can do about me being lied to about financing from the Nashua location. Buyer Beware!!

Honestly, I was dreading this experience but Carrisa from the Nashua, NH (Daniel Webster Hwy) store was outstanding! I came in knowing what I wanted and she listened and delivered. I kept waiting for the upsell but it never came. She was so knowledgeable on the product and an absolute delight to interact with. I cannot wait for our new bed. Thank you Carrisa!!
