Avocado Green Mattress - Natural & Organic Mattresses - Corte Madera

I was looking into purchasing a mattress through Avocado's website, but I ran into some issues with pricing. Using the chat feature, I thought I would be connected with an AI bot but was pleasantly surprised to be offered support by Alex, the store manager from this location. He promptly addressed my needs by creating a personalized invoice. When I shared with Alex that my partner and I were still undecided about making the purchase, he was completely understanding and let me know that the invoice would still be available for use if and when we were ready. On top of that, Alex provided information about Avocado's guarantees, which was really reassuring. I greatly appreciated the the no-pressure attitude, the knowledgeability, and the overall help!

Chris was incredibly helpful while we picked out our new Avocado mattress. Made the whole process easy. We really appreciated his guidance and never felt rushed. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re shopping here!

Chris C, at the Corte Madera store is the best salesperson we've dealt with. Extremely knowledgeable, personable, patient, and best of all he wasn't pushy. He is the kind of salesperson you wished you had when you purchased anything of value. He not only answered our questions but provided answers to questions we didn't think to ask. He was the reason we purchased a queen avocado mattress and we love it. The first night I had the best night's sleep I've had in years. He is the best, thanks again Chris. Tom & Zoe

Alex R the manager at the Corte Madera store at The Village was so helpful today! My mom and I were looking for eco twin beds for a guest room and he helped us to make a better choice with two twin XLs which actually pushed together create a King! So what a great dual investment for us. He helped coordinate with our handy man to get the beds out to our truck and the process was easy and a relief! Highly recommend as it’s my 3rd purchase with Avocado and the best professional and comfortable buying experience. And of course the best and most comfortable eco choice around! Highly Recommend!! Thank you Alex R! 🏆👍🏽

Working with Cathy at the Corte Madera store made the experience seamless. She helped us secure the Extra Firm mattress and coordinated with the Palo Alto store to ensure we could try it before purchasing. She was highly responsive and resolved any issues promptly. We are very grateful for her support and for the way she upheld Avocado’s prestigious brand through both outstanding product knowledge and exceptional service.
