Going into buying a mattress, I was very skeptical of sales people and didn't really know much about the quality or brands of mattresses. When I spoke with Stephanie, she automatically made me feel extremely comfortable and didn't pressure me into buying more than I wanted to spend, listened to me and suggested things based off of what I was looking for. She is really good at what she does and I trusted her. It's been a long time since I have had such good customer service. I bought 2 Sealy mattresses (Ashurst & Frisco).
View on GoogleWe had a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Stephanie! She was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. Not only did she take the time to walk us through different options, but the Beautyrest Black Series mattress she suggested has been a perfect fit for us—we’ve been sleeping so comfortably ever since. Honestly, Stephanie was a huge reason we chose to purchase our bed at this location, even with two other mattress stores on the same street. Her genuine care and knowledge made the decision easy and stress-free. On top of that, Mattress Firm’s great financing options sealed the deal and made the purchase even more convenient. We are so happy with our experience and grateful to Stephanie for helping us find the right mattress. Highly recommend visiting this location and asking for her!
View on GoogleI had a very good experience at this Irvington store buying my mattress and adjustable frame with Stephanie. I came in knowing what I wanted and she got me into a similar mattress a bit cheaper. I appreciated that and I appreciate the good customer service that I received. She also matched the prices that I had gotten online. Overall, a very nice experience buying my mattress.
View on GoogleLinh was great! She was super helpful, attentive and provided thorough detail into the mattress and purchasing process, to me and my husband. We quickly found the perfect mattress for a great price. The other associate (I didn’t catch her name!) was also very friendly and checked in with us while Linh was occupied with another customer. I would recommend Mattress Firm and this particular location to anyone in the market for a new mattress for great deals and helpful and friendly service!
