Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

I was recently out shopping for furniture and decided to stop by Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store. I was pleasantly surprised by their wide selection and the variety of styles available. The prices are very reasonable, and some of the pieces I looked at were surprisingly high in quality for the value. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the experience enjoyable without being pushy. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be shopping here again in the future.

I had a great experience with the staff, delivery, and even a return issue that was handled Great. But i will give 3.5 starts for one of the recliners. I bought a handful of items including a couple of electric recliners. I picked them because of how comfortable they were in the store, and they didn't disappoint once we got them. I would, however, never have bought the double recliner we did knowing the placement of the controls is very poorly picked. Both myself and my wife constantly find one part of the recliner completely reclined or moved as a result of our legs hitting the buttons. We are both skinny, with small legs. Lol. There should be an off switch to prevent burning up the controls and inadvertent movement as explained. There have been times when our 40 lb dog has activated the controls just laying on the chair. The terrible placement of controls is honestly very frustrating for both of us.

I’ll never buy furniture without checking Bob’s first! Real quality furniture, unbeatable staff, and even interest-free financing. what else could you ask for?

We had a great experience. We were very impressed with, Jerry, the sales associate who worked with us. He helped us pick a mattress to support both of our needs for me and my wife. He also was able to point us in the right direction when we needed it knowing exactly when to provide advice and when to let us draw our own conclusions. I highly recommend Bob’s in Schaumburg and recommend asking for Jerry.

I went here knowing what i wanted but not sure of how to go about buying a new bedroom set. Spencer was our associate and he answered all my questions and helped me pick out exactly what I wanted. Mu final purchase was informative, fast and easy to accomplish. Spencer and the manager was both so kind and welcomed us in as soon as we walked thru the door. My daughter had the same experience and recommended us to Bob's. Thank you so much for the excellent experience 😊 I can't wait for my new bedroom!!
