Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

I walked into bobs with several specific requirements. Amanda grabbed a tablet and went to work. I had a specific item (power recliner), color and delivery time frame , within 10 minutes we were finalizing the sale. I didn't want a brown chair, she showed me the chair in brown. But immediately said we have gray and here it is in gray. I scheduled delivery for 4 days later, it will be here in a few days, right before my holiday party. Thank you for your help Amanda.

Bobs Furniture Richmond Ave is the worst! I bought a couch and other furniture and the couch looks old already! It is uncomfortable and it loves every little piece of lint. It's supposed to be comfortable enough to sleep on being that it has a chaise with a pull out part, that's what the sales woman told me, well she lied! I also bought a bed and a mattress, yeah they suck too, 1 of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever had. My back hurts and I cannot find a good position to get a good night's rest. I wish I could get my money back but we know that's not going to happen! I will never shop at ANY Bobs ever again! At this location they are all about making a sale, once you purchase from them, they will not help you any further! I've called and complained and nothing has been done. These sales associates are rude too, they sit on the furniture joking around with each other instead of greeting customers once they walk through the door. I had to actually ask someone to help me a few times....Do yourselves a favor and shop elsewhere, especially for quality furniture, the furniture here is not good at all and neitherare the workers!!

Went shopping in the store was being helped but an associate who started assisting someone else while we decided on final purchases had to wait an hour because apparently no one else could help us. Place the order for delivery had to wait an extra week for the whole product to be delivered, no big deal asked about if I could add the removal on later said yes just 3 days before delivery. Call 4 days before and they rescheduled my delivery without permission causing me to lose out on one of my pieces, it’s now back ordered and delayed 6 more weeks at least. Called to get the situation rectified and the store refused to answer and sent my phone call to corporate customer service, and yes the store was still open

We are very happy with the mattress, it is comfortable and the quality is worth it.We are Very satisfied with the delivery , the guys were amazing. They put up the bed for us, toke the old mattress away to dispose. Very professional and helpful. Overall very glad We Went to Bobs furniture store. 👍🏼👍🏼Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Went around to different places looking for a couch. For my new appartment. Went into multiple stores before and met some shady and nasty people. I did not experience that here. My man Keith assisted and help me secure a nice couch. Will be going here for all my furniture needs! A+ to you guys! Thank you for treating me like a person and valuing my time!
