Casper Legacy Place

Customer service was top notch. Our sales rep. Paul, was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He answered every question we had, and helped us select the proper mattress for our needs. He represents the Casper brand very well. A very enjoyable experience.

Absolutely love my new Snow Max! When I stopped in Paul & Sarah were so friendly and knowledgeable! They even helped me pick out sheets, a mattress protector & pillows! I can confidently say I made the right choice because of this amazing team!!

I am removing my Casper mattress after purchasing it six years ago. It is being junked. My experience with customer support regarding the warranty was not helpful.

I went to the Casper store at Legacy Place and was very happy to know that they allowed my dog in! They also allowed her to get into the beds with me and even gave her a treat! This was a very awesome surprise and led me to purchase a Casper mattress! I bought the 4 layer Casper. They also have a 5 layer Wave, and 3 layer essential, although the 3 layer is not available to try at the store. I liked the mattress when I tried it at the store. They had several different delivery options from ups drop off to your door to white glove delivery and old mattress removal. I opted for the drop off without signature because I like in an older walk up and didn’t know when I could be home. When it came it was tucked out of the way so that it didn’t block the foyer. After lifting up upstairs and unwrapping it, it puffed up quickly and even then was very comfortable. We put on the mattress protector and sheets and let it air for a few hours. The sleep was amazing that night! So comfortable! I love it! The store was very organized and clean and the sales ladies were chill and very knowledgeable! They weren’t pushing anything on me at all!

Johari went above and beyond to help me buy two mattresses - this is the kind of customer service that makes Casper the best of the best. Highly recommend.
