Matthew took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and helped me find the best options without ever making me feel pressured. His patience, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to customer service made the furniture shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Sometimes in life you look back and there are poor decisions and then there is my decision to buy something from Bob's Discount Furniture. Bad delivery, terrible customer service that decided to wake me up at 7AM to tell me the same thing I was told last night at 830PM. Thought it was ok to just leave a broken dresser, look at the photo how was this ok to leave?

I had a very disappointing experience with Bob’s Discount Furniture. The couch I purchased broke, and when I contacted customer service for help, they were not helpful at all. I spent a long time trying to get the issue resolved, but the representatives seemed uninterested and provided little assistance. I expected better support, especially for a product that I paid extra for for a warranty. Instead of working to fix the problem, customer service made the process frustrating and stressful. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Bob’s Discount Furniture to anyone looking for reliable products and good customer service.

Thank you to Ashley W. for help with our purchase! I wasn’t feeling well and it was difficult to think. Ashley gave me the time and space to look around, but also took initiative at the right time and came with us to different areas in the store to help me compare colors and fabrics. She really went above and beyond and was so patient and kind. We really appreciated the personable nature of Carl the store manager as well. He even remembered us from a previous visit! This location had an excellent selection, AND excellent customer service. We will definitely be back.

Matthew was fantastic and helped me pick out the perfect couch and even one more item just for the kids. When I didn’t want the coffee table to go with it, he wasn’t pushy. I appreciated the space that was given so that I could make choices, not to mention the coffee and ice cream at the café. I had to return today to change the delivery date and address and it was very simple. Thank you so much!
