I had the privilege of shopping at Bob’s Furniture this past December. I went in to buy a Christmas gift for myself and was greeted with the biggest smile and a warm "Welcome to Bob’s Furniture" from Mandy (forgive me if the name is incorrect). Regardless, Mandy and the other staff members were terrific. I experienced a situation where my furniture was delivered damaged. I must say that the management staff went above and beyond to rectify this issue for me. Nick and Keith were particularly impressive, demonstrating a high level of management skills and setting a great example of what true customer service should be. On the other hand, American First Financial needs to prioritize customer service training. It’s crucial to teach representatives how to engage with customers as individuals rather than just reading from a script. The issue I encountered took over a month to resolve, largely because the representatives from American First Financial were unfamiliar with the simple protocols and procedures when working with Bob’s Furniture store managers or with me as a customer. Bob’s Furniture, I strongly urge you to reconsider your financial dealings with American First Financial, as their service is lacking. Thank you again to the sales representatives and store manager at Bob’s Furniture. I will definitely be purchasing future items directly from your establishment, without any delivery service or financial assistance. 😊

Today, I went to Bob's Discount Furniture after visiting other stores, and i was greeted by Stephen immediately He inquired about the purpose of my visit He immediately showed me the dining room sets available based upon my explanation. He demonstrated true interest, explained me the features of the set that caught my attention, and we proceeded to complete the sale. He was excellent: knowledgeable, polite, accommodating, and respectful. I am very pleased with his service. I look forward to receiving and enjoying the merchandise! Thank you!

Very helpful staff. Not overbearing or sales-y. Genuine and listened to our concerns about spacing in our home. Amar made great suggestions. Compared to other local furniture retailers- Bob’s selection and pricing was equal to better.
