Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

Choosing the Bob's Discount Furniture in Deptford, New Jersey was the right thing to do. From the moment we walked in the store to the moment we sat down on our furniture less than a week later, it was a seamless and great experience. The clerk who helped us was Denise P. and she was courteous, professional, and wanted to sell furniture, sure, but wasn't pushy or rude about it. She greeted us at the door and we worked with her straight through. We initially went to see one set of furniture but it wasn't anything like what we saw online...the texture was just not for us. Then we found the Kylie set and we knew right away it was for us. Denise helped me sort out measurements and colors and when we left, we were 100% committed to the 92" sofa and the love seat. The furniture was in stock and available quickly but before it came, I went back to ask one more question. Denise P. helped us and she even remembered my son and offered him a treat from the Bob's Cafe. She, again, went above and beyond and gave the distinct impression that she cared about he the company but also the needs and wants of the customer. On delivery day, it was on time and the delivery was quick and professional. Nothing was damaged and they brought both pieces in like champs. I got the service for them to just drop the furniture and leave and I think it was the right thing to do. It was easy enough to take the wrap and plastic off myself and screw the legs on that it didn't warrant all the extra money for the higher end service. It should come with directions or have a video online to see what to do but if you're handy like me, it won't be a problem at all 10/10 or maybe more and Bob's will be my first choice when I need future furniture.

I was totally surprised when I walked into Bob’s Furniture. I was greeted by a great salesman Sal. There was no pressure selling just listening to what I was looking for. Sal took his time showing me the different sofas. After deciding what I wanted Sal introduced me to the store manager John. He also was great. I was treated with respect and courtesy. I strongly encourage everyone to buy their furniture at Bob’s Furniture. You won’t regret it. I give Sal kudos and thank him for everything he did. ASK for Sal, by the way he is also a Vietnam War Veteran

Denise was a great sales person. Greater us at the door. Lead me to the items I had researched and helped us to make our purchase. We are so pleased with her and the decision we made to return to Bobs and purchase.

This was the first time I was ever at Bob’s Discount Furniture. I had a great experience with Carman, the sales woman. She knew exactly what I was looking for due to my needs. I would recommend seeing her to anyone who’s interested in purchasing furniture. She wasn’t pushy, and she let me take my time making my decision on what to purchase. I always had doubts about Bob’s, but not anymore. I will always shop there from now on.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Joe- one of the salesmen. He was very nice and helpful. I have trouble walking and he got me a wheelchair. He was very helpful as I looked at different mattresses. He explained everything very well. He even let me use the wheelchair to get to the car. He was friendly, helpful, personable and professional.
