Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

I liked that I was able to walk in the showroom, employees greeted me and left me alone to wonder but stayed close by so if I had questions, I found 2 chairs 50% off in the Pit with minimal damage ( something a marker could hide) that goes perfect in the corner in my living room. The sales person was very friendly and helpful. The crew at the loading dock got along just great, kidding with each other, loving their job. That was nice to see. I've been in a lot of different stores and the generation now a days, you can barely get a Hello but everyone I came in contact with was smiling and friendly. Their mother raised them right. Bob's has a great young team, give them a raise. Have a great Holiday Carmen

My experience with Sandee was excellent! She was so helpful in many ways. She gave me the space to look around while I was trying to stay with in my budget and taste. When I was finally ready we did some mixing and matching some modular sofas and it all came together.

I had a great experience shopping at Bob's. Tony, our sales representative, was excellent! He is very pleasant and knowledgeable and was happy to answer any questions we had concerning our purchase. He went above and beyond with us and made sure we were comfortable throughout the purchase. I would ask for him the next time you come here!

Jesse was very friendly and helpful. The guys who helped us load our furniture were as well. After getting the pieces home we were unable to connect the power cords. (turned out we were missing a cord) We called customer service and they were not very helpful. They promised to Email instructions which I never received. I went back to the store and a helpful salesman was quick to find me a replacement cord. Other than that phone interaction, I was very satisfied with my experience.

I had a great experience there, like Always. Paul was very helpful and kind, we were able to find a couch very quickly. I go to bobs quite often and I noticed he’s always there to great every customer and assist them.the team is great but shout out to Paul for being kind and helpful !
