10/10 Experience!! I had Jhwill or Mr. Goodmood 😂 help me today and find my dream couch! I am so grateful for his help and helping me find my dream couch. He was professional and friendly and was not pushy at all about me getting the couch. He explained things in great detail, so I knew everything that was included and how much it would be I am extremely grateful.Thank you so much Jhwil!!!

Had a wonderful experience picking out a new recliner. They were amazing and so supportive and helpful. The employees were so engaged and informative. Had the help of an amazing worker named Nicole who made the process fun instead of stressful and was so kind while answering my many many questions. Will definitely be going back. Thank you Bob's and Nicole!

Update as of 6.9.26 I still have not a call back from someone regarding this and I was told someone would call me Friday by their customer service....DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. want to start by saying that Jessica was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly helpful, genuinely wonderful to deal with, and frankly, she should be running the place. She knows exactly how to interact with customers to ensure they get what they need. The young man who assisted with our checkout was also great. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was a disaster. While Jessica was putting our sale together, a manager (who looked like she was in a punk rock band) came over and unnecessarily micromanaged her. Then, during checkout, a different manager had to verify our address and order. Right in front of me, this manager made a completely inappropriate and unprofessional comment, stating that "men are disgusting (saying it right in front of a man) when they sleep" to justify a cooling mattress protector package. Her attitude was incredibly fake, especially compared to Jessica’s genuine nature. To make matters worse, the staff openly bashed a difficult customer who had just left right in front of us. Delivery was just as disorganized. They texted the wrong number despite our explicit instructions. When they finally arrived, one of our items was completely busted. Their solution? We have to wait a full week for a replacement. When we asked about just canceling that item, we were told we had to call around and handle it ourselves. Once Bob's gets your money, the customer service completely vanishes. There was zero effort to make things right, no offer to discount delivery, and no priority rush to replace the item they broke. Jessica needs to find a company that actually values its staff and customers. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.

Great experience overall From the welcome at the door to the handshake goodbye Nathan was super helpful and provided a pressure free environment and answered all our questions and accommodated our every need and request I thought the price was fair as well as great warranty options. Very happy with our purchase
