Casper - The Street at Chestnut Hill

Mattress quality - 5/5 Service at this store - 5/5 If I could give more than five stars I would. We came to Casper eight and a half months pregnant with our second child. After more than a decade sleeping on a full bed, we had gotten a new California King bed frame and needed a mattress for it. We were the first appointment of the day and we were helped by Warren. He was incredibly patient as we switched took turns either running after our toddler or trying mattresses. He answered all of our questions and even let our toddler play with what we later learned were $90 bedside lights. He was patient with us when we weren't ready to order in the store and took our order a few days later by phone. When there were some unexpected shipping delays, Warren was incredibly helpful in navigating those with us to make sure we had a mattress in time for the new baby. He also honors sales that happen for some period of time after you purchase, so we got the Black Friday discount despite purchasing the mattress week's prior. We didn't need to track this on our own, Warren did it for us and let us know that we'd be getting an additional $500 off the mattress. We have now had the mattress for about a month and despite having a newborn are getting the most comfortable sleep we've had in over a decade.

Great experience shopping for a mattress at Casper! All the staff were super helpful and knowledgable answered all my questions and guided me to select a great mattress. I would highly recommend this location especially their lead manager Warren who has years of experience with the industry.

We were in need of a new mattress and I couldn’t recommend this Casper more! Warren helped us and he was so informative, knowledgeable, thoughtful and kind. The store is really cool too where you can try out the mattresses in little rooms and we were not pressured at all. 10/10 experience!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. The people are friendly, but the mattresses are horrific. Three years after buying a mattress I got tired of the back pain and went to another local provider. World of a difference. The brands-in-a-box do not deliver in quality. Don’t do it.
