Diana & Dustin were great!! I knew nothing and asked them to explain everything to me from a to z. They explained all the pricing they explained everything the warranty. I am so happy and can’t wait to get a great night’s sleep on my new Tempur-pedic mattress! Highly recommend this store.
View on GoogleDustin was very helpful during my visit! He listened to what I needed and was able to find me a bed and pillow combo that matched it perfectly. He also made sure to show all the bells and whistles that the beds had. I have already recommended this store to my friends!
View on GoogleWe had such a genuinely great experience at the Tempur-Pedic store thanks to Lucien. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming without being pushy — which made it so much easier to actually enjoy the process of trying out mattresses instead of feeling rushed or “sold” to. Lucien is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences between each option in a way that actually made sense. He listened to what I needed, asked thoughtful questions, and helped guide me toward the best fit instead of just the most expensive choice. You can tell he really cares about making sure customers leave happy and confident in their decision. What stood out most was how patient and personable he was. Buying a mattress can be overwhelming, but he made it feel easy and even fun. It’s rare to find someone who balances professionalism, expertise, and genuine kindness the way he does. If you’re going to the Tempur-Pedic store at Green Hills mall, ask for Lucien, you’ll be in the best hands!
View on GoogleDustin did a phenomenal job showing me around and providing great customer service to me and my significant other. I am heavily pleased by his hospitality and expressing what would be best for us. Thank you to Dustin for everything he has assisted us with and I will be referring everyone and their mother to Dustin for their needs.
View on GoogleDiana was amazing!! My partner and I came in with no intentions of purchasing a bed, and Diana was so great we had to leave with one. Super knowledgeable, personable, and warm. We loved our experience, 10/10 would recommend.
