Casper - NoHo

We had the best experience at Casper thanks to Janel! She was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and patient in walking us through the entire process - even making a return completely stress free and ensuring we took advantage of all running promotions. It's not often you see true above-and-beyond help, but Janel really exemplifies it and we can't thank her enough!

I rarely leave reviews but felt I had to. The staff were simply brilliant. I had the stress of moving in New York and mostly had to do it alone and they went over and above. Even when the uber xl arrives Gigi was so helpful having it ready ahead of time and then helped me load it in the cab. I had to go back for a piece and they were closed for decorating and felt the didn’t really need to let me in but they did, we’re all so helpful and then three members of staff went the basement just to find me a spare peg. Y’all have a great team there. Appreciated.

I had a very positive experience at this Casper location. Jose was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. He walked me through the differences between the mattresses, and answered all of my questions clearly. I especially appreciated that he let me take my time trying the products out.

We had such a great experience picking out our mattress at Casper yesterday. Janel was so helpful from the moment we walked in the door, showing us all of the options specific to what we were looking for. She was so knowledgeable and patient with us throughout the whole process. Highly recommend we are so excited for our mattress to arrive!

I just a wonderful experience here today with Janel. I wasn’t even planning on getting a Casper bed but I was taken away with the service. Don’t walk, run to Casper. I’m leaving with sheets, pillows and a mattress and I am 100% confident it was the right decision. Also they are letting me take it all straight from the store which is amazing
