Casper - Williamsburg

This review is long overdue! I bought my mattress and bed frame back in October, and now that we’re heading into February, I can honestly say my sleep has improved significantly. Shout-out to Gabriel for all the info, patience, for answering my thousands of questions and assisting me in my purchase. Truly exceptional all around, great service, great experience, and an amazing mattress. But most importantly… finally getting great sleep. So worth it!

I went to Avocado (terrible vibes once inside), I called MattressFirm, and none of them could help. I stepped into Casper and immediately Charles and Devon made me feel so welcome. They worked so well as a team and helped me so quickly. I was able to get a TwinXL bed and the works so efficiently. They took care of me and it was a great experience.

Devon’s service was exceptional, helped with an issue over the phone, brought the mattress to my car himself. I was in and out within 10 minutes. He’s a really great employee. Made my experience memorable. Would recommend to anyone

Charles and Gabriel were immensely helpful in helping my husband and I choose our new mattress. We have been sleeping on a Casper full mattress for years now and it was overdue for an upgrade. They were patient and kind and informative as we took our time making this big decision, trying out the different mattresses and styles, before landing on a king size mattress. Would definitely recommend this store and these two for future mattress shoppers!

I had such a great experience at the Casper store! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Associate Store Manager Charles really took the time to explain the differences between each mattress and helped me find the perfect fit for my sleep style. I appreciated being able to test everything out in a calm, comfortable space without feeling rushed. Overall, if you’re looking for a new mattress, I highly recommend visiting this Casper store. The combination of excellent customer service and top-quality products made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable.
